Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds work today. It is customer-friendly guidance, not lawyer-approved legal text.
30-day satisfaction window
If you are not satisfied with IronMeshVPN, you may request a refund within 30 days of your
initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription payment unless we tell you otherwise
in writing (for example, for a specific promotion).
How to request a refund
- Contact our support team through /contact using the email address you used at checkout.
- Tell us you would like a refund and include any details that help us locate your order.
- We review requests manually. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider.
When a refund may be denied
We may decline a refund request if we reasonably believe there is:
- Abuse of the service or refund policy
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Excessive usage inconsistent with normal personal use
- Chargeback abuse (filing a chargeback instead of contacting support first)
- A violation of our Terms of Service
Billing and subscriptions
- Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe.
- Sign in to your dashboard and open the billing portal to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel renewal.
- Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past payments outside this policy.
